Account Specialist for the Separations, Adsorbents and Specialties segment of UOP's Catalyst, Adsorbents, and Specialties Business in Thailand. This position provides technical sales to UOP's refinery, manufacturing industries, gas processing and petrochemical clients primarily in Thailand but also other areas of Asia as needed. This is accomplished by: Promoting and selling UOP's portfolio of products into Process and Manufacturing Industries. Communicating and coordinating with worldwide organization on international issues and opportunities. Communicating customer technical, business and logistics needs so that internal resources can be properly prioritized. Implementing pricing strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Monitoring performance of adsorption units and use of manufacturing industries products to identify sales opportunities. Maintaining customer records in UOP customer contact management system per department guidelines with emphasis on contacts, scheduled meetings, call reports and important documents.
